Typically I deliver support through consultancy projects or interim management assignments. During these contracts I work closely with you and your team to plan and execute the activities required to bring about growth.

Additionally I can provide individual coaching. During these sessions we discuss whatever leadership challenge you may be facing, or skills areas you’d like to develop. This can be particularly useful to develop your clarity of thought, support planning and decision making and perhaps identify some simple models to help you adapt your approach to people management.
